Solved: How EEM send email in VRF environment?

Hi,

All our Cisco core switches are using VRF for management.

I would like to setup EEM to send email alarm to me when things happen.

But how can I send email to mail server in different VRF?

Ha,

just found it.

There is a VRF option in the action.

action 8.0 mail server "$_email_server" to "$_email_to" from "$_email_from" subject "Link to Flashdesktop UP" body "Link to Lab circuit UP!" vrf ###

Hi, regarding this topic. Can you tell me with IOS version and platform are you using? I'm trying to configure the vrf option on a Cisco 2811 running Version 15.1(4)M8, but I don't have the option.

Solved. EEM4.0 required, which is in 15.2(2)T. 2811 doesn't support that image.
