How to clear faults for device without faults

Hard to explain -

My Devices list a device with 4 Critical faults - but there are NO faults for said device to clear - I get an error about selecting a fault to clear - but there is none (see screenshot)

I am trying to get my faults to 0 - this accounts for 4 faults - how do I clear this out? Even if I remove / re-add the device this error resumes - is there a deeper menu item I can use to clear these faults from March 2011?

Thanks for your assistance

You can reinitialize the dfmEpm database.  That will clear out all faults, but will also clear out any event customizations you may have done within the Fault Management feature.  To reinitialize the dfmEpm database, see the instructions at https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-8796.
