it does not work wirth 3750 and IOS 12.2(25)SE.
I also found an info about the sysReset object at:
but the mib of 3750 and IOS 12.2(25)SE does not include the sysReset Object.

Have you got the latest CISCO-STACK-MIB installed?

I ever thought that the mib is implemented in the IOS.
Do I have to install it manually on the switch ???

Sorry I meant on the latform that you are running snmpwalk on.

I just tried to reload a cat3750 running 12.2(25)SEB2 as documented in: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk648/tk362/technologies_q_and_a_item09186a00800c263d.shtml#qa4
It worked once I put the snmp-server system-shutdown in the config.
Here are the steps I performed:
> snmpwalk -c public 14.32.100.13 sysDescr
