OK, with the limited information, the LED condition sounds to me like the link is faulty.I suggest you replace the cables, making sure you use a crossover between the switches.SD
I suggest you exclude the address 10.10.1.1 which is being used as the BVI1 address.config tip dhcp excluded-address 10.10.1.1See if that resolves the problem.SD
