Hello,
My customer bought netManager 1.0 IP Infrastructure with a licence for 50 devices. I would like to upgrade netManager to version 1.1.
How to upgrade netManager with a licence 50 device ?
I didn't find a patch.
Thanks.

Before You Begin
⢠Confirm that your system meets the minimum software and hardware requirements listed in Server and Client System Requirements.
⢠Review Installation Notes.
Step 1 As the local administrator, log in to the machine on which you will install the Cisco
netManager software and insert the Cisco netManager 1.1 CD-ROM into the CD-ROM drive.
The Cisco netManager 1.1 Setup Program window opens.
Step 2 The installation wizard detects and displays the Cisco netManager version currently installed
on the system. A confirmation window prompts you to confirm the upgrade to Cisco
netManager 1.1.
Step 3 Click Yes to confirm the upgrade. The Welcome window appears.
Step 4 Click Next. The Choose Backup Location window appears.
Step 5 Do one of the following:
⢠Click Next to accept the default installation directory.
⢠Click Browse... to navigate to the folder where you want a backup of the existing
database stored. Click Next.
The Ready to Install window appears.
Step 6 Click Install to begin the upgrade.
Step 7 Click Finish when the installation is complete.
