Hello,

When I’m trying to connect my switch in https on cisco manager, this doesn’t work.

Switch cisco catalyst 2960-s

IOS 15.2

If you need, I can send my configuration.

Can you help me ?

Hi

so it works by http but not by https or not working by both ?

can you send on what way you have setup the http access on the switch side please

Thanks for your fast answer,

In http it's work and also the https access in web.

I disable http server with : no ip http server and enable https with : ip http secure-server

so what happens then when you try use https in the browser does  nothing happen ?

have you tried other browsers ?

did your key generate in config when you enabled https and is their a local username password setup , you could try the below as a test

aaa new-model
aaa authentication login default local
username cisco secret mysecretpassword
ip http authentication local
ip http secure-server

In my browser the switch fully worked

It's just in the Cisco Network Assistant application he doesn't work.

The appli find my switch but he don't want to connect in https just in http

I send my configuration for you seen and i test your commands.

Started new topic instead.

I just upgraded to 6.3.1 (from 6.3) and now I can't access any of my https switches anymore, but all of my http connections still work. The release notes do mention a change:

    • TLS protocol has been enabled in CNA to connect the TLS supported device via HTTPS

Any ideas how to disable this?

I wonder if one of the older versions of CNA would work with HTTPS. I am having the same issue logging into a Cisco IE2000 with CNA version 6.3.
