IE3105 port 12 not communication

Hi,

We have first time cisco IE3105 switches, after day0 settings (activated all port), the 12th port is not detecting the connected device (no green led feedbqck in the front face). We have two switch with this issue. Somebodi has any suggestion to solve it?

Could this be a transciever/SFP issue? Can you try to swap the link with a known functioning one to verify whether it is the port or the SFP?

Of course tested: the green connectivty cable (and respond with ping) swapped to channel 12, same thing happened: port 12 still silent and not activated any orange/green led.

And the switchport configuration is the same? If so I would assume you've received a couple defective devices and raise a TAC case on this.

Yes, config is the same, in other switch working the port12th.
