I have a question about the bandwidth utilization counters on router interfaces.
I noticed that the inbound utilization on the Tu (IPSec & GRE) interface is higher than on the serial interface. I'm guessing the utilization on the Tu interface is higher than Se because the inbound data packets on the Se are encrypted and the packet length of the IPSec header does not reflect the entire payload. Any suggestions?
