Invalid Cisco.com username

I get this error when I try to download devices packages in LMS4.2.2 on soft appliance.

Invalid Cisco.com username or password. Please supply valid Cisco.com username and password.

I updated the  admin>system>cisco.com setting but error still returns. I'm sure my username/pass is correct as I logged in to Netpro.

Any suggestions?

hello,

you must have a valid service contract associated to your Cisco.com profile if you want to download any files.

may be log a case with cisco if it keeps coming with wrong user name and password.
