Inventory Collection in Cisco Prime 3.7

Hi,
I was hoping someone could advise on the inventory collection process and whether the Telnet/SSH credentials are required to have full access to the device in question or can Read-Only suffice? (In this case, a wireless controller)

- I think they most certainly are required because for some tasks Prime will emulate ssh/telnet commands.
