Inventory collection in CiscoWorks fails with Deleted Devices

When I delete a device out of CiscoWorks (deleted from Common Services) my Inventory Collection reports the the following

1.Deleted Device - 11Device name not available. Device may be deleted
2.Deleted Device - 10Device name not available. Device may be deleted
3.Deleted Device - 9Device name not available. Device may be deleted
4.Deleted Device - 8Device name not available. Device may be deleted
5.Deleted Device - 7Device name not available. Device may be deleted
6.Deleted Device - 6Device name not available. Device may be deleted
7.Deleted Device - 5Device name not available. Device may be deleted
8.Deleted Device - 4Device name not available. Device may be deleted
9.Deleted Device - 3Device name not available. Device may be deleted
10.Deleted Device - 2Device name not available. Device may be deleted
11.Deleted Device - 1Device name not available. Device may be deleted

The deleted devices no longer appear in CS, RME or DFM from what I can ascertain so I am not sure what lingering device details remain.

Can anyone tell me what I need to do to completely purge these devices from CiscoWorks?

CiscoWorks versions are:

CiscoWorks Common Services3.2.0LicensedNot applicable
Campus Manager5.1.0Purchased100
CiscoView6.1.8LicensedNot applicable
CiscoWorks Assistant1.1.0LicensedNot applicable
Device Fault Manager3.1.0Purchased100
Internetwork Performance Monitor4.1.0Purchased100
Integration Utility1.8.0LicensedNot applicable
LMS Portal1.1.0LicensedNot applicable
Resource Manager Essentials4.2.0Purchased100

Any help appreciated as this is just a bit of an annoyance.

thanks, Peter.

It sounds like you have a job that you previously created which contained the missing devices. If that's the case, delete the inventory collection job and re-create it. If that's not the case, post the IC_server.log, dcmaclient.log, dcmaservice.log, CSCOPx/files/rme/jobs/ICServer/jobID>.

Thank you Nael...

I have deleted the Inventory Polling and Collection jobs and they are no longer reporting the "Deleted Devices" so that has fixed my issue.

regards, Peter.
