Are non Cisco IP phones able to be discovered by the User Tracking Utility in Campus Manager? My customer has just added many Nortel phones on the network and would like them to be discovered if possible. I'm not thinking that they will but curious if it is possible. LMS ver 2.6 CM ver 4.0.11

No. They just need to be connected to managed switches via non-trunk ports.

The Nortel phones can be acquired as regular end hosts, but not as IP phones. Only Cisco IP phones and Call Managers are supported for IP phone acquisition.

Is there any additional configuration needed on the campus manager side for them to be acquired as a regular end host?
