IPM v2.4 on Win2000SP4 giving problem

Hi,

I would like to install IPM v2.4 on win2K SP4 though CISCO recommends to do on SP2. This is because our corporate policy does not allow me to keep any machine with SP2 on live network. Is there any solution to do this?? While I am installing on SP4, it gives an error saying that "this version of IPM not tested on this version of windows, and CISCO won't support this".

Did you try the other way, Install IPM v2.4 with SP2 then upgrade it with SP4 before putting into the live network
