 - No , at least not in an easy-direct manner, EVE-NG has support for it https://www.eve-ng.net/index.php/documentation/howtos/howto-add-cisco-prime-infra/  . but you still need legitimate access to the mentioned ova files , though searching on the net for them may sometimes bring 'luck' (....)
