Issues with SGE2010 switch

I am working with a SGE2010 48 port switch, I have reset the switch to factory defaults and I am able to log in to the switch but I do not see any information on the System Information page of the WEB GUI...it is blank.

I am able to access the switch through CMD using TELNET and can log into the switch and see the system configuration.

Any help would be appreciated.

Try  using IE, Firefox, Chrome,etc

 

Clear the cache other option.

I am using IE11, I am able to access the gui but the screen is blank. Unlike what the guide shows the first thing that is done on the gui is changing the password. I do not even see this?

is the same issue with chrome and FF ?
