Last reset cause: BootFromUpgradeRegFail

Hi, 

I tried to login one ASR 920-12SZ-IM router but no output came on Putty. Then i try to put router in ROMMON mode to check the IOS it stuck on "Last reset cause: BootFromUpgradeRegFail " doesn't get Rommon> prompt.

What else i can do? please suggest.

I have same problem...too bad the FN-70391 doesn't help at all.  Can't get the router out of the BootFromUpgradeRegFail prompt

The FN wants you to go change boot variable in IOS but I can't get the router to boot or get to any type of prompt or even ROMMON

Already manage to solve the SDcard not present but still on infinity reboot.
