There is a 32 MB limit for Solaris TFTP with the current version of IOS in RME < 4.0.3. If you upgrade to the latest RME, we ship our own Solaris TFTP server which can get around this limitation. Provided there are no IOS bugs, you should be able to transfer arbitrarily large files. Windows does not have this limitation since we always shipped our own TFTP server for that platform.

Thanks, so with RME version >= 4.0.3, isn?t there any limitation ? And about the IOS,
is there any limitation ?
Thanks,

Depends on the version. Very new versions of IOS can transfer files > 32 MB. But traditionally, TFTP peaks at 32 MB.

Hi Cleber ,
There is no hard-coded limit on the size of configs .Some times it may be possible to be out of memory exception is because of the JVM heap size.
Also, to increase the heap size of the ConfigArchive process, you need to modify the entry in /opt/CSCOpx/objects/dmgt/dmgtd.conf
for ChangeAudit by adding the Xmx entry
Hope it helps you.
Thanks,
