Hi all,
i got problem to explain to my boss which this related to reports from Ciscoworks HUM.
the graph of availability shows that between 21 - 28 April, the switches got problem which are indicated as "less than 1.0".
is that proven the switches got down-time?
I'd confused because on that days the switches was not reported "down".
can someone help me out?

If you see the sysuptime on the device has not restarted at the time of the dip then the device was only unavailable , but not down.
You may want to find out why the LMS was unable to poll the device.though.
