LMS 3.2 unable to add devices to DCR.

Not able to add device into DCR.i am trying to add device manually after pressing the finish button device addition status summary not shown .even device not shown in the DCR.

LMS is not integrated with ACS.

Please suggest how to proceed??

Hi Channa,

Kindly apply the Patch for this bug, CSCtd07131.

You can downlaod the Patch from cisco.com , I hope this will fix the issue

I have got the patch for this from cisco .can u pls let me know how to install this patch.

i found the ctm.jar file and perl script file in it.

Do i need to shut the dmgtd before installing this patch.???

Hi Channa,

You need to browse to the location where you have saved the Patch.

During the Patch Installation ..it will stopped the Daemon Manager automatically..
