LMS 4.1 issue with collection summary board

something strange, collection summary says 2 config archives failed but don't say succeeded, see below:

The other are probably "partial"

This probably means I did not get the vlan.dat file but got startup and running config.

You can see this in: Configuration > Configuration archive > Summary

I find the collection summary very confusing since it doesn't provide all info needed
