Ibrahim,
Is the 7200 being managed by LMS? Please confirm:
1. The device is setup to be managed by fault (reference)
2. The device credentials are correct (using the tool in Device Center)
3. That you have logging and snmp server destination = LMS server on your router.
#3 is not necessary but optional. If #1 and #2 are correct, Fault management should pick up the failure.

That you are seeing it in CiscoView does not mean it is managed in Fault Management. Have you checked the steps I recommended above, specifically Step 1?

Ibrahim,
If the Fault had been acknowledged, either intentionally or inadvertently, it would be moved out of the Fault view and only appear in the Events listing. The same thing would happen if the fault condition clears.
That's the only opther thing I can think of given that you've verified everything else.
