Probably it is showing successful, but many times it is not able to copy the three files shown in the lib/endorsed dir.
Check your clients, directory if all the files are copied properly.
Example mine is :
C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre1.6.0_22\lib\endorsed.
If the files are missing copy them from the server directly here and try to run the topology.
-Thanks

You need to give full permissions to the \program files\java\jre\lib\endorsed directory to the users on the pc where the browser runs.
When you start the topology view it tries to write to that directory
Windows tires to stop users to write to program files using UAC

In the file explorer go to java/jre/lib right-click 'endorsed' directory and click 'properties'.
Select 'Security' tab and click Edit.
Select: Users (
Select Full control and click OK
