LMS 4 Devices added but not shown in inventory

Hello,

By reruning discovery with new seeds etc I have more devices discovered.

Howeverr they are not shown in the inventory, only in the Device Discovery Summary however.

Any help, is welcome.

Hi,

Does the last discovry shows any figure after "Devices Newly Added to DCR"  ?

If its, kindly check if you are able to view them at Inventory > Devcie Administration > Add/Import Manage devices.

The discovery shows:

Total Devices              164

Reachable                  155

Unreachable               105

Newly added to DCR     11

Updated to DCR          144

The Hardware Summary shows 112

and where you mention above it shows 164.

Hi,

It looks like overall database of Inventory collectiona and sync archive is not synchronized too.

Kindly share the screenshot of  :-

Inventory > Device Administration > Add as Managed Devices (Check if you see any devices under All Devices)

Inventory > Device Administration > Device Allocation Policy

Inventory > Device Administration > Device Aliases

Hi,

Kindly go to Inventory> Job Browsers> Inventory Collection and create new job for all the devices. Kindly note down the numbers of devices selected for the job.It should show up all the 164devices there.

Hello,

I'm having the same issue. I've created an inventory collection job and it's showing 105 devices. However, they are still not showing under inventory.

Anything else I can check to make sure that I haven't missed anything?
