My ciscoworks cs-acs application regrestration have been failing. i have provided all acs information according to the documentation onto lms yet the application regristration failed. any usefull advice would be appreciated. thanks
i had a similar issue. check if your ACS has an IP filter to prevent unuathorised devices connecting. go to Administration Control - Access Policy and add your Ciscoworks IP to the range of allowed IPs
Thanks for the advice. now the application has successfully registered with acs, and i can see the ciscoworks applications on the shared profile components. many thanks
