LMS DFM Fault History DB Username and Password

Can anyone provide the default user name and password for Fault History Database dfmFh in CiscoWorks LMS 3.2.

Hi Michel,

Thanks for the reply. When I am trying to get the data from Fault_Event_History table using the ODBC script provided in the LMS Documentation. It is displaying the below error.

DBD::ASAny::st execute failed: Table 'Fault_Event_History' not found (DBD: describe output failed) at /tmp/DBConnect.pl line 12.
SQL Error: Table 'Fault_Event_History' not found (DBD: describe output failed)

Could you help in reolving the same.
