LMS3 RAM and Boot.ini settings

I ordered a new server with 8GB of ram but wanted to know what the recommended switches are for the boot.ini.

I'm trying to decide if I should use /PAE and/or /3GB. It looks like in order for the application to take advantage of the /3GB switch, it must be compiled with the IMAGE_FILE_LARGE_ADDRESS_AWARE.

Anyone know? This was new to me, but found this article helpful for understanding what /pae and /3gb do.

The only applicable flag for LMS is /PAE really. With this flag, and with Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition, LMS can use up to 32 GB of RAM. Of course, each individual process will only be able to address up to 2 GB of RAM, but that is not a problem as most of our processes are Java, and are limited to heap sizes below 2 GB.
