Hi everybody,
Somebody knows why this is:
Router#sh clock
12:05:52.076 CDT Wed Oct 5 2011
Router#conf t
Enter configuration commands, one per line. End with CNTL/Z.
Router(config)#exit
Router#
Oct 5 17:05:55.464: %SYS-5-CONFIG_I: Configured from console by vty0 (x.x.x.x)
Log time is 5hrs forward and I also configured the lines below:
clock timezone CST -6
clock summer-time CDT recurring
These configuration lines are because of the time zone the router is in Mexico city.
Thanks

Hi,
That problem usually occurs when NTP is configured in the router.
A solution would be to specify to the router to use it's local time for the logging messages with the following command:
router(config)#service timestamps log datetime localtime
Have a great day!
Best regards,
Sergio
