mac flap

mac flap between two ports in cisco 3650 port te1/1/6 and te1/1/8. In te1/1/8 connected device is our core switch (nac address is f8b7.e262.0147). this mac is our vlan 1 interface mac. in te1/1/6 connected device is sg350. if i look for this mac it show on port gi24 that is our cisco 36 50. how i can find out this mac. for reference please find the attachment
