I am relatively new to ciscoworks, so if this question has been asked before I really apologize.
I am running into a scenario where I see the MAC addresses of almost 95% hosts/network devices but IP addresses for only some of the devices in UT reports.
We have a fairly diverse network infrastructure with multiple switches and routers at various locations and identifying the switch port where a particular machine is connected to sometime becomes challenging. I really want to use the UT feature in CW to make life a bit sane for me :)
I would really appreciate if someone could let me know what could be going on with UT.
