Need Cisco fix solution for this Bug

Hi, Here is the bug link from Cisco. But no fix solution. What can we do?

CSCeb32823 is marked as a duplicate of CSCdz44280

CSCdz44280 in turn is fixed in 12.1(14)EA1 and newer IOS

CSCdz44280 is an Internal bug, thus does not show up on Cisco.com (and I cannot disclose any more information about it, else I might get fired)

The fix for your issue is in 12.1(14)EA1 and newer

I am assuming you are using a Catalyst 2950, else neither one of the bugs apply
