Measuring bandwidth on network

Dear all, I am setting up a simple network for a CTF event being hosted at my place of work. The platform we are using has requested that we measure the bandwidth throughout the event to determine how they should improve their services going forward. What would be the best way to measure bandwidth peaks, average, and total usage during the event? My hardware is 3 3750X switches, however all the traffic goes through a single one, so monitoring on just that one will suffice. They are all then connected to what I believe to be a cisco router. I have attached a screenshot of packet tracer to further explain my network layout. Keep in mind there will be many more computers during the event. Thank you in advance.

Get some NMS tools (there are many in the market example - MRTG / cacti / Zabixxopen source, PRTG free certain level)

Monitor the Ports on the switch and all the traffic coming in and going out.

On the router in and outside, interface to get some statistics to understand how your network performing.
