Let me give some advise here. since you Migrating from Mikrotik to Cisco Environment.

First ask some simple questions :

1. do we have budget to go for cisco ( i know Mikrotik hard rock bottom price based on the Linux based Router - had many clients who like that product very much - for small investment)

2. what kind of bandwidth you have and looking to have with a cisco router.

3. Cisco ISR 4K can do the job.

cisco Router on the box yes and know depends on config and hands-on experience you have on cisco routers.

what kind of bandwidth management are you looking for on a user basis?

For me sounds like you running a small Home user-based network here (buying bandwidth from ISP ? is this correct ?)

yes, you can use the Cisco router as PPPoE Server with Radius authentication for your Packages to offer clients, this required some integration.

DMA radius server  -  can use the same for your requirement.

Thanks. yah I have a budget. i have different packages for my client and I use CIR bandwidth and share my network .i can create different speed packages for the client, as they need. can you tell me how I can create a PPPoE server and client option same as MikroTik? how I can manage the client's speed in the cisco router in MikroTik. I can use the DMA radius server for that purpose.
