Monitoring Tools for 2960/3560/Aironet Devices

I have a combination of Cisco 2960, 3560, and Aironet devices spanned over 4 locations.  Is there good, real time and trending software that I can use to monitor these devices?  I have configured SPAN before, but the tools I was using for that purpose didn't enable long term history.  I'd like to see real time as well as past history.

There are diffrent tools to address different needs. if by trending you mean Conversations, SPAN, Netflow and other traffic insight details, you would probably want to use Cisco Prime Network Analysis module.

Apart from cisco's Tool, I am aware of InfoVista for this purpose. Other community members may provide more insight on Tools outside Cisco.
