Hi, I hava a NAM module in a Catalyst 6513.
Fo r few days I expected this troubleshut:
The NAM module shutdown :

I found that this module lost conectivity with SUP module:

Can anyone help me with an advice.

Reset the NAM module. If it comes back up. Upgrade it to the latest code+patch level first. Then see if you still run into the same issue again. This will help narrow down whether the issue is related to software or a problem with the hardware itself
