Need help turning off Standby Console Mode on a Catalyst Switch

Hey Cisco community,

Hope I can get an assist with the below issue.

Issue: Need to E-Waste a Cisco Catalyst 4507 R-E Switch. (see pic for reference). 

I need to wipe the previous config and database for compliance/security reasons.

We dont have the password to login. 

Just need to wipe the device as we dont need to retain any info from it.

Tried: to boot to Rommon and reset the device but keeps booting back up to login screen that states

"Standby Console Disabled. valid commands are: exit, logout"

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
