need help with SNMPv3

We have the current configuration for our snmp and wanted to change it to SNMPv3. What would be the config for the SNMPv3 version? We use an access list to currently only allow snmp traffic to certain management stations. The access list number is 5. We also do not want any snmp traps sent. We use the logging feature for that.

no snmp traps

snmp-server community SCH_xxx RW 5

snmp-server community SCH_xxx RO 5

What would this config look like in snmpv3? Thank you!
