Needs some help setting up CNA to manage a 3750 switch

I hope someone can help out..

I have a WS-C3750-48PS-S switch runing  Version 12.2(25r)SEC, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc4) - I know that the IOS is very old....we have tried and failed to upgrade to a more current IOS...

I can Telnet to the switch and all is well

I can reach the switch on HTTP and use the enable password to login to the switch with my browser.

When I try to use the built in web interface I get no info....  Likely a compatbility issue since it mentions IE 6  (I'm running Win 7 and IE 9)

So.... I thought I could use Cisco Network Assistant...   Tried 5.8 and then removed it and tried 4.1

Both versions said "Unsupported device"

Does anyone know of a version of CNA that IS OK with IOS 12.2?

The latest 5.8 supports your switch model.

I know that the specific model is support, but I still get "Unsupported device" when I try to add it to CNA?

Is it possible that the IOS version is too old?

Or maybe access level is not sufficent?
