I'm trying to setup netflow on a Nexus 9504 running NXOS: version 6.1(2)I2(2b) and a Nexus 9396 running the same code. The guide says it's possible but I can't find anything in the command reference guide. For reference we're using SolarWinds for netflow.
Thanks!

Netflow is not supported. sFLOW is in roadmap. May i know which guide you are referring?
Thanks,
Richard

Sorry Richard, I think I was mistakenly looking at a document for a 3000 series architecture instead. Do you know in when or which versions sFlow will be available?

On the same topic, how then do we get flow monitoring on Nexus 9Ks today ? No NetFlow, sFlow on roadmap, any other option today ?

Cisco Nexus 9000 Series NX-OS Release Notes, Release 7.0(3)I2(1) mentions sFlow support.

sFlow configuration is covered in the updated configuration guide. Reference.
Generally speaking, the Nexus 9000 is developed more for the ACI mode in which flows are seen and managed via the SDN controller.
I'd guess that more the classic NX-OS-specific value-added features are only being grudgingly added as customer adoption of ACI lags a bit.

Put in a Gigamon box and use that to generate the Netflow records from the 9K traffic flows.
