Does anyone know where the Netscout RTM 10 digit serial code is located. Trying to uninstall and re-install.

RTM 1.4 don't have any serial number as far as I know for install. Did you get this RTM from NetScout directly?. The only time that this may come up is when you're trying to install a RTM SP patch from CCO and the RTM Server have not been run before that. In that case, RTM 1.4 Service Pack will result in RTM installation prompting for RTM license.
