Hello, we are currently have issues with users making voice calls over one of our circuits. Over the last 3 months % of bad calls has increased. Internet provider can only provide utilization graphs which shows utilization to be OK but nothing else. Can you advise on a software that perhaps we can install on a machine which we can leave it running for days to check jitter, latency, packet loss and any other metric that could help us determine the issue?
