Is there an application/device out there that will tell me if a new device has been added to our network?

Hello!!

Well, you have different possibilities there, depending on what you mean with "new device": a new network device? Or a new end device like a PC or an IP phone?

You can achieve both with LMS: Campus Manager will tell about new network devices in the network, and User Tracking gives you info about all end-devices (PCs, printers, IP phones, etc), that are connected to your switches.
