No layer 3 information with ASA 5585 in LMS UserTracking

                   Hello,

I have a LMS 4.2.3 and some 2960s.

I have only one layer 3 equipement, which is the ASA 5585 which route and filter packets on the network.

The ASA is in 8.4(5) version.

Is there something special to enable in the ASA or LMS to provide IP addresses in User Tracking ?

Sorry but no. Cisco LMS is not able to retrieve the information necessary for user tracking when the gateway used for routing is an ASA. I believe it has to do with the MIBs (not) supported in the ASA.

So no workaround to get IP addresses in UT, even if I upgrade to 4.2.4 ?
