Not able to take proper inventory from cisco works

Hi,i am not able to collect the serial numbers of 6500 line cards or the serial number of the secondary sup engine from cisco works version 2.6 .Pl advice

Device Troubleshooting tab --> DEVICE CENTER ---> Device selector Enter IP of 6500 and click go ---> than reports and Detailed Device report

You should get list of modules and its serial numbers
