output flash normal?

I'm ccna student.  And on the routers in our class if you command show flash: to me they look polluted.
I dont know if the output is normal?  Does a default out of box router/switch has so much crap in its directory?

On some routers in our class, there are over 400 files on the flash.
Can you tell me something more about the output? What happend probably. Their many new students who experiment with these routers.   Maybe its time they all need a clean up.

Someone has loaded CCP (Cisco Configuration Professional) into the router.

so the output is normal? would a teacher install this on his equipment where students can experiment on?
I googled CCP and its an GUI. What's the purpose of installing it on a router where u can see your configurations and hard comand your configuration.

Is the output normal?  Yes. 

Would I use it?  I wouldn't touch it.  

If you're studying for CCNA, CCP isn't going to be much of any help.
