Path Control monitoring report in Cisco SDWAN

I was asked to take Path Control monitoring report from vManage in Cisco SDWAN. How to do it? What does it exactly mean?

Path control in SDWAN as per my understand, you can take control on the path, or dynamic decision system can take when the certain parameter meets or utilised based on the Links and performance.
