We are preparing to migrate from cisco Prime 3.9.1 to DNA Center 2.2.3.4. Prime has the PDART tool "PI 3.9 DNA Center Assessment and Readiness Update 02" installed (v02-1.05, the latest one for 3.9). When I run it I get zero devices listed in the output, even though we have 314 switches/routers, 1805 APs, 31 voice gateways, and 2 wireless controllers defined and managed in Prime. When I look at the PDART log file, I see under "Initiating Scale Checks" that all the devices are listed, but under "Initiating Device Compatibility Checks" I see the message "Unable to compute the devices, difference in the number of entries from DB". I did some searches on this error message but did not get any meaningful hits. Any idea what this error means, and/or what to do about it?
