PI 3.10 comliance job email sent with wrong subject

Hello all,

I have a problem that is driving me mad! We recently upgraded from Prime Infrastructure 3.8 to 3.10. Everything was migrated successfully, apart from this... whenever I run a compliance check, an e-mail is sent with a subject from a totally different scheduled job!!!! I cannot figure out why this is happening or where I need to look in order to fix this. It never occurred in the previous version of PI.

Any ideas???

is this with patch 1 or just 3.10 ? i would suggest to apply patch 1 and test it.

Hi BB,

 

all the latest critical fixes and device packs have been installed.

Critical fix: 1.0.23 & 2.0.0

Device Support: 1.0

What I notice is that when I run any compliance check, the subject of the email sent is that of the last configuration job that was done.

I tried to disable and re-enable mail notifications for jobs, but the problem still persists.

It is a minor issue, but it is annoying

how about delete and create new one....or contact TAC, they may different advise.
