PoE Issue

I have a newer Cisco WS-C3560CX-12PD-S switch that does not seem to be offering PoE on any of the ports. We have tried several poe enabled cameras that only require 15w, and the cameras do not boot up, no lights, no activity on the ports, nothing.  The ports do not have poe disabled. I rebooted the switch, but poe is still not functioning.  The switch is capable of around 30w per port.  I'm at a loss at what else it could be.

Right, next trick!
Do the following:
1. Command: test cable tdr interface Gi 1/0/9;
2. Wait for about 5 to 7 seconds for the process to run;
3. Command: sh cable tdr interface Gi 1/0/9; and
4. Post the complete output to #3.

Output below.

I ended up doing an RMA on the switch and Cisco has sent me a replacement one today. Thx everyone for the help.

Not sure if RMA is the right solution.
TDR tells me the cable nearest the switch is faulty.

But we have multiple PoE devices plugged into the switch and none of them are working. We have tried multiple ports, different patch cables, difference devices, and not a single one works. We get a super faint amber light on port 9 that goes on and then goes off.  I don't know what else it could possibly be at this point? And it's urgent. So I have gone over a week now with no solution and they needed it fixed yesterday. New switch arrives tomorrow, so I will know soon enough if that fixes things or not. Fingers crossed.

Keep us updated.
IF the behaviour is still the same (with the replacement switch), run the TDR and post it.

The replacement switch fixed the issue! Yay. We just installed it today and all devices that need PoE are now working. Thx again everyone.
