Your post says that it has the config of the ports but what is there is output showing status of the ports and not their config. A more complete output of the actual running config would help us understand this issue. Also please post the output of the commands show version, show inventory.

Thank you for posting out output of show inventory and of show version. This does verify that the router recognizes that it has the third module. That is good. But you have not shown us the running config. Also I would suggest that you reboot the router and see if the behavior changes.

earlier we able to see port no. with line no. after replacing with the new module we unable to see port no. but we able to console devices without any issue. i have checked the hardware version which is same on 3 modules.
