Port status faulty

Hello,

I am getting port faulty message as shown below. How can I investigate further?

Check the cabling, patch panel, the remote end, etc. Replace if necessary. Since this seems to be CatOS, run "show test 3" and maybe "show tech" if it's available, then look through the output.
